UpdatePilot is a subscription service that provides custom website generation, hosting, and text-message-based website updates for businesses. We utilize artificial intelligence technologies to assist in the creation and modification of web code and content.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

Billing: Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
No Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds or refunds for partial months of service.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide advance notice of any price changes.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, photos, logos, and other content you submit to us ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing your website.
Our Technology: We retain all right, title, and interest in the software, codebases, design templates, scripts, and underlying technologies used to generate and host your website. You are granted a limited right to use the generated website for the duration of your active subscription. You do not own the source code.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Host, display, or distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic material.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website immediately and without refund if we determine you have violated these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AILONA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Because we use AI systems to assist in generating content, you are responsible for reviewing your generated website and preview portals for accuracy before and after they go live. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations on your website.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms
